Leadership Philosophy
Pat is a firm believer and practitioner of servant leadership. He believes the primary role of a leader is to serve the needs of their team members, helping them to grow and perform as highly as possible. This approach to leadership is characterized by a focus on collaboration, trust, empathy, and the ethical use of power. At its core, servant leadership inverts the traditional leadership hierarchy; instead of the people working to serve the leader, the leader exists to serve the people.
