Since joining Spectrum Technologies in 2011, Matt has been a steady and reliable presence, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations. In this role, he oversees the company’s operational strategies, focusing on improving efficiency and aligning business processes with the company’s overall goals. His pragmatic approach to problem-solving and his ability to manage complex projects have been valuable assets to the company.

Matt’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Liberty University. These qualifications have provided him with a strong foundation in business management, which he applies thoughtfully in his daily work.

In his professional journey, Matt has contributed positively to various initiatives and projects. He is known for his collaborative approach and his commitment to fostering a team environment. Outside of work, Matt enjoys staying active and values the lessons learned from team sports. His experience playing college baseball has instilled in him the importance of teamwork and perseverance. Nowadays, he keeps his competitive spirit alive by participating in CrossFit and engaging in various fitness-related competitions, relishing the opportunities for personal growth and the challenge they offer.
